Pay My Bill

Pay your bill through the patient portal.

All payments go through your secure portal account — we don’t accept card details on this site. The portal also keeps your payment history, lets you split balances into a plan, and pays across family members from one screen.

How to pay

Sign in to your portal.

Your balance, statements, and payment history live there.

Common questions

Two options. Create a portal account — it takes about a minute, just your name and date of birth to match your record. Or call our billing office at 850.863.8180 and pay over the phone, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.
Inside the portal: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, bank transfer (ACH), and HSA/FSA cards. All processed through athenaPay — HIPAA-compliant, PCI-DSS Level 1.
For balances over a certain amount, yes — monthly installments can be set up inside the portal once you sign in, or by calling billing. Eligibility depends on the balance and your account history.
Please call our billing office at 850.863.8180. We’ll walk through your statement line by line and answer any questions about charges, insurance adjustments, or remaining balance.
Statements are typically sent after your insurance has processed the claim. If you’ve received a statement and think your insurance still owes a portion, call us — we’ll review the claim status with you.
Payment requires us to confirm you’re paying the right account — the portal handles that verification securely. Earlier versions of this page experimented with a no-login “Quick Pay” path, but it would have required us to build a separate authentication layer outside the portal. We chose the portal as the single, trusted path instead.
